By accessing or using Alric, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Alric ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Alric platform, including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading or automated trading is prohibited
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in your jurisdiction
3. Service Description
Alric provides an AI-powered platform for generating, deploying, and managing automated cryptocurrency trading strategies. Our Services include:
- AI-assisted strategy generation through natural language processing
- Trading strategy library management and version control
- Infrastructure for deploying strategies to supported cryptocurrency exchanges
- Real-time market data access and technical indicators
- Performance monitoring and analytics dashboards
4. User Accounts and Security
Account Creation: You must create an account to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- • Use a strong, unique password
- • Enable two-factor authentication when available
- • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach
- • Not share your account credentials with any third party
Exchange API Keys: When you connect exchange accounts to Alric, you grant us permission to execute trades on your behalf using API keys you provide. You acknowledge that:
- • API keys are encrypted and stored securely
- • You are solely responsible for the security of your exchange accounts
- • We recommend using API keys with trading permissions only (not withdrawal permissions)
- • You can revoke API access at any time through your exchange account
5. ALR Tokens and Access Tiers
Token Purchase: Access to certain features requires purchasing ALR tokens. By purchasing tokens, you acknowledge that:
- • All token purchases are final and non-refundable
- • Tokens are burned (permanently destroyed) upon purchase to unlock tier access
- • Token prices and tier requirements may change at our discretion
- • Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash
- • Tokens are utility tokens for platform access only, not securities or investments
Tier Access: Different tier levels provide different features and limitations. We reserve the right to modify tier structures, features, and requirements at any time with reasonable notice.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our Services to:
- • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- • Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or other fraudulent trading practices
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our platform
- • Use the Services for money laundering or financing illegal activities
- • Deploy strategies designed to exploit vulnerabilities in exchanges or our platform
- • Create multiple accounts to circumvent tier limitations or other restrictions
- • Use automated systems to scrape data or overload our infrastructure
- • Resell or redistribute access to our Services without authorization
7. Intellectual Property
Our IP: All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the AI models, are owned by Alric or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of trading strategies you create. However, by using our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- • Host, store, and process your strategies on our infrastructure
- • Use anonymized strategy data to improve our AI models and Services
- • Display performance metrics and analytics related to your strategies
Strategy Marketplace: If you choose to sell strategies on our marketplace, you grant purchasers a license to use those strategies as specified in the marketplace terms.
8. Service Availability and Modifications
No Guarantee of Availability: We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. We may experience downtime for:
- • Scheduled maintenance
- • Emergency repairs or security updates
- • Third-party service disruptions (exchanges, cloud providers, etc.)
- • Force majeure events beyond our control
Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
9. Limitation of Liability
CRITICAL - READ CAREFULLY:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALRIC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
This includes but is not limited to liability for:
- • Trading losses of any kind, regardless of cause
- • Losses due to strategy performance or AI-generated recommendations
- • Losses from exchange outages, connectivity issues, or execution delays
- • Losses from unauthorized access to your account or API keys
- • Losses from bugs, errors, or defects in our software
- • Losses from market volatility or unforeseen market events
- • Any consequential or indirect damages arising from use of the Services
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alric and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- • Your use of the Services
- • Your trading strategies and trading activities
- • Your violation of these Terms
- • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- • Your violation of any third-party rights
- • Any content you submit or transmit through the Services
11. Termination
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, you will lose access to all Services, and no refunds will be provided for unused tier access.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- • Violation of these Terms
- • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- • Non-payment of fees or chargebacks
- • Extended periods of inactivity
- • At our sole discretion for any reason
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and all associated data without liability.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Body]. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms at our sole discretion.
Updates to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
